Most generic supporters states that generic sildenafil is equivalent to brand Viagra. It has the same chemical composition and produces the same effects. The generic sildenafil also bears the name of the molecule like Silagra, Suhagra, Caverta, so the Indian laboratories do not spend money for branding as well.

So why we should pay more then?
